The Football Factory Experience
Safe play, technical skill progression, study halls, and creative workshops, all inside The Football Factory. Every minute after school is intentional.
Active Lifestyle Programming
Not just gym time. Structured sessions designed to build fitness habits, coordination, and a lifelong positive relationship with movement led by professional licensed coaches.
Nutrition
Education
Hands-on, practical, age-appropriate. We teach kids about food through understanding nutrition, and building curiosity that carries into family mealtimes.

Mindfulness and emotional regulation skills for Grades 1–6. Children who develop these tools earlier perform better academically, socially, and emotionally in adolescence.

COMMON QUESTIONS
How does school pick up work?
Our bus picks begin at 2:45 PM. We start at North Glenmore Elementary and work our way to Watson Road Elementary, and École Glenmore Elementary. Children from any other school are welcome to be transported via parent drop-off to The Football Factory at 2:45 PM.
Are Pro-D Days and Spring Break included?
Yes — full extended care is included for all Pro-D days and Spring Break at no extra cost. Important: School bus pickup does not operate on these days. Parents or guardians are responsible for drop-off and pick-up directly at The Football Factory.
What is the cancellation notice?
30 full calendar days' notice must be given prior to the end of the previous month for cancellations. For example, to cancel effective June 1, notice must be received by April 30.
Is this a monthly recurring payment?
Yes, all plans are billed as monthly recurring payments. The program runs September to June following the SD23 calendar. If you are entering the program mid month, you will pay that full month fee.
What does an average day look like?
After school we gather at the football factory, we offer dedicated snack time, and we have a balance of structured and non structured active time.
Your child has the opportunity to work at our workstations for their schoolwork, so coming home with any homework completed.
What time can I pick-up my child?
Parent pickup runs from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM daily. Your child will be ready and supervised at The Football Factory during this window.
What if my child isn't sporty or athletic?
Active Kids Club is open to all skill and activity levels. Our professional coaches are trained to meet every child where they are. No prior experience or fitness level required.
What is the registration fee?
A one-time $50 + GST non-refundable registration and onboarding fee is required to secure your child's roster position. This is separate from the monthly recurring plan fee. This fee handles the administration processing of your childs registration.
What grades and schools can join?
Active Kids Club is open to children in Grades 1 through 6 from any Kelowna school. Complimentary bus pickup is provided from three partner schools; all other families are welcome via parent drop-off. Some limited Kindergarden spots are available for Sibling groups of the same school. Please inquire before registering to ensure we have space.
Is this program ALL Soccer?
No, we have a structured on field soccer session each day for those who want to develop their skills, with the ability to split the field we have a balance of multi sports that we explore.
